In conformity with the establishment by Royal Decree 1316/2001 modified by the Royal Decree 1340/2007 on the 11th October, to prove the status of residency it is to provide: National Identity Documentand for Spaniards under 14 years’ old who do not have this document, a certificate from the Town Hall where they reside. For the citizens of the Member States of the European Union or other states agreed by the European Economic Area or Switzerland, the accredited document should be the Registration Certificate issued by the Central Registry for Foreigners, which in all cases must be accompanied by their National Identity Document or valid Passport. If the National Identity Document does not show the current address which gives the right to the discount, a certificate issued by the Town Hall where the interested parties have their residence must also be presented. In all cases the document authorized by the Town Hall must be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. These documents will only be accepted as Residency documents if the information is current, especially the home address is correct, thereby giving them the right to the discount. Presentation of these documents is understood to be the responsibility of the beneficiary and that everything is correct and up to date. Bus included in the price. Maximum 5 Pick-Up stops.

Is there a child's price?
Children of two and over usually use a seat and pay as adults, except on those excursions which specify a different price for them, in this case we will always state up to which age.
In general terms, on our excursions, all children from 2 - 11 years, will have a special price which is clearly indicated.
What are the discount for babies, can they occupy a seat?
All those under 24 months are considered babies and as a rule do not pay anything or occupy a place.
That said, in certain activities or visits babies pay the same as a child, regardless of the age of the baby, since they occupy a place within the group that is computed at the price of a child.

If your reservation is canceled within 24 hours prior to the service or you don't show up, there will be not refund.
The provider reserves the right to cancel the reservation at any time due to logistical problems or when it does not reach the minimum number of participants to carry out the excursion with guarantees.
